Massage Therapy

The practice of Massage Therapy by definition is the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or relieve pain.

Not all massages are created equal...

Massage therapy can be light with soothing and gentile manipulations to quite deep using more aggressive techniques.    Sessions include an assessment, treatment, home care exercises and an  invoice for your records.
