Direct Billing Discontinuing

Do to high volume of clientele that we have built here at Lakeside Massage Therapy, it has become to difficult to track of all the DIRECT BILLING records.

As of February 1, 2020 we will be discontinuing

DIRECT BILLING for massage therapy services.  Certain circumstances will be accepted for a $10.00 fee.

WSIB

WSIB will only cover a maximum of $55.87 per session. The client may be responsible for the difference in most cases. Adjustments can sometimes be made to accommodate for this shortfall.

Direct email money transfer is an easy way to pay on the spot. May take several hours and is recommended to pay before your treatment starts.

MVA Claims

All motor vehicle accident claims must be pre-approved before receiving treatment.  The usual coverage amount for massage therapy is $58.19 per session.  Assessment fee will be initially waived for your convenience. This process takes time for processing and is recommended that it be dealt with in a timely manner.
